Andrew’s love for East London’s different communities and property types stems from his upbringing there in the 70s, 80s and 90s. In 1999 he began his career as an estate agent, before founding Knight Bishop in 2011. He brings a wealth of experience in residential property and a strong passion for the dynamic culture and property market of East London.

Robert GardnerBranch Manager

I have always had a passion in sales and particularly the property industry. I started at knight bishop 10 years ago when I moved from southwest England. I have a range of experience in sales, lettings and property management and am proud to have been involved with all aspects of estate agency at Knight Bishop. Being Branch Manager, I’m passionate about providing an exceptional service to all our clients and look forward to building upon Knight Bishop’s strong reputation within local communities.

Sam CarterMARLAProperty Manager

Raised in East London, Sam found his passion for property over 12 years ago and still remains to this day. Being ARLA Qualified for 6 years now has only continued to inspire Sam to ensure the highest standard of professionalism is maintained, and that tenants and Landlords alike receive the utmost care and respect throughout their time and Knight Bishop. Sam always strives to offer a strong level of Customer Service and is always happy and eager to help wherever he can.

Saverio Abatematteo Property Consultant

Born and bred in the south of Italy, Saverio moved to West London 10 years ago where he started his career in property. In 2020 he decided to move to East London where all his interests were. Finally in 2022 Joining Knight Bishop where he finally could combine the love for property and the side of London that has always been in his heart.

Alex CostinProperty Consultant

Alex was born and raised in Eastern Europe and relocated to London in 2013, where he was enthralled by the city's historic architecture. His interest in the industry began at a young age. He started his first administrator job in an estate agency in Northwest London when he was 15 years old, and was quickly promoted to a lettings negotiator. Alex joined the Knight Bishop team in early 2021 and is thriving in East London.

Stella TheodosiouAccounts Manager

Stella has mostly lived in the UK, but in the early 00’s decided to live in Cyprus for a year where she gained vast experience supporting the Finance Manager at a bank. Upon her return, she oversaw the HR/Finance section of a large charity organisation in Central London, before joining the team at Knight Bishop in early 2017.
