I have been working with this company indirectly for over ten years through Andrew Gardner. I recommended them to a friend who rented out his property with them from 2014 until he passed away in 2023. He was thrilled with their levels of service and the professionalism that was displayed. I became the executor and Knight Bishop helped me to manage the property through them until I was ready to finally, after probate to put the property on the market in 2025. I had estimates from various estate agents in the area but I was assured by Rob and Sal that they would look after everything for me at a very good rate, and they were as good as their word. The property sold for more than £25K above the asking price and I was kept updated on a weekly basis as to how the sale (which was very complicated on our end) was proceeding. I would have no problem recommending the company to anyone and the kindness and patience that was extended to me at a very difficult time was greatfully appreciated.
